SCOTT RICKARD
Program Director
Scott Rickard returns to guide the Indians program for his 11th season and looking to secure his 100th career win. During his tenure at Immokalee, he has coached the three most efficient offensive players in school history and sent numerous players to the college ranks. His coaching acolades include being named NDN Coach of the year in 2021 and Coaching in numerous All Star games. Scott holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. He teaches Forensics at Immokalee High School. Scott and his wife Jessica have two children Madison and Alex.
Mike Balsasari
MS Head Coach
Coach Mike joins the Venom program this season moving down to the warm SWFL landscape to escape the cold NJ weather. He has many years working with youth rec leagues while in NJ and is looking to help lay a foundation of fundamentals for our young players. He also volunteers his time with the HS program.
Ricky Loredo
HS Offensive Coordinator
Coach Lordeo will coach Offensive players working on fundamentals and stick skills. He is a graduate of Immokalee and was a 3-year letter winner in Lacrosse while at Immokalee. While playing for Immokalee he was a defensive stalwart that earned him an honorable mention to the all-District team his senior year. His play earned him a scholarship to the University of Montevello where he played midfield.
Isac Soto
Middle School Head Coach
Coach Soto was a 3-year letter winner at Immokalee High School. His 137 career saves are good enough for 5th most in the program’s history. In 2021 his save % of .661 is the best any goalie has posted in a season. Isac is in the top four for wins in a career and his minutes in net are in the top five of program history. His efforts were enough to earn a scholarship to Muskingum University where he saw action as a Freshman.
